Anthony Morrow Signs with the Warriors

Shooting guard / shooting forward, Anthony Morrow was picked up by the Warriors after his strong play with the club in the Rocky Mountain Revue.  An undrafted rookie, Morrow looks forward to his opportunity with the club, “I love the style of play- just run-n-gun.. I think its a perfect fit”

Warriors ink Hendrix

Second round pick Richard Hendrix signed with the Warriors on Thursday.  Terms of the deal were not announced but expect something similiar to last years 49th pick, Aaron Grey of the Bulls who signed for a 2-yr  $1,138,320 deal.

Warriors match Azubuike deal

Barnes to Phoenix

G/F Matt Barnes signed a 1-yr deal worth $998,398.. like they couldnt have just thrown in the exra $1,602 to make it a cool mill right? “My whole career has been a one-year deal,” Barnes said.  ”That’s why I’ve always been hungry.  There is no relaxing.”  You will be missed Barnes.

Azubuike signs offer sheet with the Clips

The super sub himself is set to join Baron in LA.  Kelenna Azubuike signed an offer sheet with the Clips on Thursday, giving the Warriors 7 days to match his roughly 3 mil per year deal.

Free Detroit Reporting of the day: Pistons willing to part with Billups in trade for Warriors’ Andris Biedrins

Reports out of Detroit Free Press express the Pistons interest in Biedrins, in a move that would send PG Chauncey Billups.  Thanks, but no thanks. Carl Steward of the Oakland Tribune rightfully restored order letting word out from the east bay that there is no interest in moving Biedrins.
